Values. Why are they so important?

Values and what they stand for in a company are key when looking for a new role and probably the most overriding factor in the decision-making process.

It was the reason I was so happy to accept Patrick’s offer just over a week ago. After having worked for some major corporate companies in the past. I wanted to work for a customer-centric company where you are not a number but a name with personality.

Putting the customer first has always been my driver when working with my customers, and that is what Summit Safety Solutions achieve daily. It’s about providing service levels unrivalled in their field of expertise.

It’s about making sure you. The customer feels valued and supported in an area that some can be a bit of a minefield.

So with my first week of training and getting to know the business, it’s been a real eye-opener. Allowing for reasonably foreseeable risks and the likelihood of consequences. There is so much to learn.

So now, to tackle week two of my training, meeting our existing customers and making appointments. It’s certainly not boring. I’m thoroughly embracing this new challenge and loving every moment. Even if my feet ache at the end of the day. It’s certainly not the most glamourous of jobs but, I’m bringing my little sense of fun.

See a little woman with a pink hard hat and hi-viz? That will be me.

So if you want to be valued, treated as a person and not a number give us a call. We promise to exceed your expectations.
